To order resale certificates, please email requests to info@eastcoastmgmt.net. Include the property address, name(s) of the owner(s), whether you would like to order an electronic or hard copy of the resale certificate, and where to send it when it is completed (i.e. email address[es] for electronic copy).

Per the allowable fees by the Department of Professional & Occupational Regulation (DPOR), the following fees are associated with ordering the resale certificate:
  • $140 for inspection of the property (additional inspections will cost an additional $140)
  • $210 for preparation of the resale certificate in paper form (for no more than two copies)
    + the cost of postage if mailed.
    • $35 for an additional hard copy, if requested
  • $175 for preparation of the resale certificate in electronic form
  • $70 to expedite the inspection, preparation, and delivery of the resale certificate and
    ensure delivery within 5 calendar days, if requested. Per DPOR, we are allowed to deny this
    request.
  • $70 for pre-settlement updates to the resale certificate
  • $70 post-closing fee charged to the purchases to update ownership records of the association
